1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Master Sound website (mastersound.co.in) or retaining our professional services for private cinema design, architectural acoustic consultancy, or smart home integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Master Sound.

2. Professional Scope of Services

Master Sound provides specialized engineering and integration services, including:

• Acoustic modeling, reverberation (RT60) calculations, and isolation consulting.
• Turnkey Dolby Atmos (5.1, 7.2, 7.2.4, 9.4.6) screening room design and equipment specification.
• Control4 luxury smart automation, architectural lighting scenes, and motorized shade integration.
• Precision calibration using professional Audyssey MultEQ-X and Dirac Live acoustic suites.

3. Project Quotations, Payment Clearance & Shipping Terms

All formal project proposals and equipment quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Project execution and product dispatch proceed strictly under the following payment terms:

• 100% Payment Clearance Before Shipping: All payments for hardware, equipment, speakers, projectors, and electronic items must be 100% cleared and received before any items are shipped or dispatched from warehouses or distributor facilities. No products will be released on credit or pending balances.
• Service Forfeiture on Pending Payments: Any outstanding balance, unpaid invoice, or delayed milestone payment may lead to the immediate suspension, withholding, or forfeiture of ongoing on-site installation, room calibration, acoustic tuning, and engineering services.
• No Liability for Payment-Related Delays: Master Sound is strictly not liable for any project schedule delays, contractor downtime, civil hold-ups, or indirect costs resulting from service forfeiture or shipments held due to uncleared payments.

4. Transit & Transportation Liability

All audio, video, and acoustic products are transported via third-party freight carriers, national logistics providers, or dedicated couriers. Any physical damage, breakage, denting, transit pilferage, loss, or delay occurring during transportation is strictly not Master Sound's liability. Risk of loss in transit transfers upon handover to the logistics partner. Clients are advised to ensure comprehensive transit insurance coverage where applicable.

5. Brand Warranties & Our Customer Service Assistance

Master Sound is an authorized and certified procurement partner for world-class AV manufacturers (including KEF, Marantz, Denon, SVS, Epson, Control4, Polk Audio, and others). All product warranties are issued directly by the respective manufacturing brands and their authorized national distributors:

• Warranty Between Customer and Brand: All warranty terms, coverage durations, service turnaround times, and defect resolutions exist strictly between the customer and the equipment manufacturer. Master Sound cannot be held responsible or legally liable for brand-related warranty decisions, component availability, or manufacturing limitations.
• Our Dedicated Service Claim Assistance: As a responsible, reputable, and serious business with over two decades in high-end acoustics, Master Sound takes immense pride in standing by our patrons. We will actively assist and guide you through all service claims, warranty documentation, technical diagnostics, and brand liaison to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.

6. Site Readiness & Architectural Coordination

Clients are responsible for ensuring that civil construction, electrical conduit laying, dedicated earth grounding, and HVAC ducting comply with Master Sound's engineering schematics before the installation of sensitive AV processors, amplifiers, and optical projectors. Master Sound coordinates directly with your designated architect or site supervisor.

7. Intellectual Property & Schematic Rights

All acoustic simulation data, electrical schematics, custom baffle-wall drawings, and proprietary panel designs developed by Master Sound remain the intellectual property of Master Sound and are licensed exclusively for the specific client installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Master Sound shall not be held liable for delays resulting from site unpreparedness, external force majeure events, power fluctuations outside recommended surge-protection schematics, transit damage handled by third-party carriers, or brand warranty determinations.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
